That ‘Summer’s over, what now’ Recap!
September 8, 2015
It’s…September, which means summer is officially over (boo!).
Kids are going back to school, the nights are upon us even earlier and there will be even less things to look forward to… And before you know it, you’re digging out those fluffy sweaters, boots, and light jackets for autumn. But, that doesn’t mean the fun has to end!
Don’t worry, we got you covered! We’ll still be continuing our bi-weekly workshop sessions (yay!).
Speaking of our workshop sessions, our last session was a great one! Why? Because the blankets are coming along very, very nicely. No, actually, no words would suffice to describe our prowess. I mean, just look at those spectacular photos posted, particularly the ones of Barbara and her finished piece. Need I say more? That beaming and pleased smile of hers says it all!
This summer was a real blast! And I’m sure that our vibrant energy will carry through into autumn, so sit tight and get ready for another round of fun-filled sessions. ☺︎

Psst! I’d also like to give a shout-out to everyone who came to our pop-up session at Southlands farm! It was lovely seeing familiar faces here and there (as well as inquisitive passersby!).
From ponies, roosters, bees, and chocolate chip cookies (made by the most qualified pastry chef, Ellen), there was no shortage of fun. And despite the sudden downpour, the farm still looked as idyllic as those unperturbed meadows from van Gogh’s paintings. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience—let’s just hope another collaboration of some sort is in the works!
And with this, I’ll see you guys in the next recap!
